looking for details of dip-switch SW2 of Altera DSP board PE

Does anyone have the details of the SW2 dip-switch of the Altera DSP board Professsional Edition ?

SW2.1 to SW2.4 are described in the board manual, however there are no details about SW2.5 to SW2.8.

For the Flash regions selected by SW2.1 to SW2.3, what are the corresponding offsets ?

User0 = 0x00900000 ?

User1 = ?

User2 = ?

Factory = 0x00200000 ?
