I use the Eagle Stream platform now.
And I use the Max10 FPGA (10M25DAF484C8G), but I can't find the FPGA packaging tray spec.
I need to know the tray spec and pin1 orientation at the tray.
Can any help with this thanks.

By tray spec, are you referring to tray size? If yes, the tray size is 23mmx23mm.
You may refer to AN 71 for tray orientation and further information.
