LDPC WiMedia 1.5 Encoder and Decoder

we are using Ldpc Wimedia 1.5 encoder ip core for variable coding rates. here the problem is, the output of ldpc encoder in fpga and matlab (given by intel for ldpc encoder wimedia 1.5 ) are not matching. then we tried to give ldpc encoder and decoder back to back in fpga, still the output of decoder and input of encoder are not matching. please help us to resolve this issue.
