Layout tool for Dev-kit "DK-DEV-3C120N"

Hi there,

does anyone has an idea what tool has been used to create the layout or which tool can be used to view the layout data, provided with the dev-kit documentation under "altera\kits\cycloneIII_3c120_dev\board_design_files\layout\..."???

I don't have this particular kit but all of the Altera kits I do have have provided the board layout in Allegro format from Cadence.  Jake
