I got a set of the S10 Transceiver development kit and ran into issues in its bring-up. (1) Use Guide recommends using Intel Quartus Prime v. 17.1ir2.b50. Questions: where to download this version?...

Attached please find the error message. You also see what I did to reset the board back to factory default setting. it ended with the error message.
