HSMC pinout for Bitec DVI card?

Hi,

I want to connect to the Bitec HSMC DVI card and I don't have a pinout for the HSMC connector. I need to find out of the HSMC connector that I will connect the Bitec HSMC DVI card to which pin is DE, HSYNC, VSYNC, etc.

Does anybody have the pinout for the Bitec HSMC DVI card?

    Apart from other documentations, that I would expect to be shipped with the product, Bitec has a reference design available at the internet.

    Yes, I also expected documentation to be shipped but only the invoice was in the package shipped from Europe. Fortunately their tech support is very fast and they just pointed me to a download of the distribution CD-ROM in less than one day.
