Hi!
I have a problem with DDR SDRAM on this board. There is the A256D40CTP chib made by PSC and I can't find datasheet to it. There is no information even on manufacturer site. Can somebody help me ?2 Replies
Altera_ForumIt's a standard 200MHz 16bit DDR part. PSC is a bit useless with their datasheets. Here is a link:
