How to rebuild Nios2 App?

If Nios2 has create-this-app script and .c/.h src files, how to import into elispe as project file?

I tried to run Nios2 script commands, and created Makefile from create-this-app file, but when I run script command nios2-app-update-makefile --app-dir src, it does not do anything. If I added --verbose option, it dispalys SERVER:The following option is not defined for this command "--verbose", but it clearly included in the help display and the documentation of Nios2 command-line scripts.

Can anyone give me an example how to run this script command?
