HI, We noticed there is similar failure analysis support request in another forum thread. May I know does it belongs to same issue here ? Same failure unit ? Seeing 2 similar forum thread is confusing to Intel right now. Can I request to close one forum thread and just maintain one forum to avoid further confusion ? The other thing is can you share with us who's your Cisco email contact so that Intel can engage with Cisco as well ? After that, we can then share the failure analysis support instruction to you.
