how project downto ep3c120 development

hi： I want to down the project （jic,pof）to development of ep3c120, but I can't find the EPCS ,how can i do there is only flash(s29gl512n) and maxⅡ&#1...

Check the manual. There is no EPCS memory on the board, so You have to download the contents to the flash.
