How implement USB communication in Cyclone III FPGA Development Kit

Hi,

i have no idea how implement in a simple way USB communication in Cyclone III FPGA development kit (As i've read, there is no simple way to use USB port on DevKit)...any suggestion?

I'm not expert on HDL programming, so i need something that:

  • could simply connected to DevBoard (through hsmc connector)

  • could be pilotated with Nios2 softcore in C

I need your help, i'm a newbie

    I would offer FT232, FT245 or one of the Cypress chips, e.g. CY7C68013.

    Do you know any pcb with these chips and hsmc connector? So i can implement USB in DevKit without doing a custom board
