hi，3c120n_88e1111 no data trans.

hi ,friends, I have a problem, when use the 3c120n development board,the 88e1111 IC only can receive,but not send. I see the receive timing f 5 5 5 5 ... 5 d + ipv4. ...

the phy address is ok，I kown what's happen ，the mac is no license，sof is old。
