Help on how to use DC +5V (VCC5) and GND pins

I wanted to use the DC +5V (VCC5) pin on the expansion header to connect to my breadboard but I am not sure how to do it. The manual only states that the board has 8 pins that are either a source/gnd...

At least tell about the used Dev Kit and connector number.
