Ok,

After looking into the Etherblaster I realized something very important - i don't have one :(. Nor does the DE2 have one incorporated to my knowledge. Therefore, I naturally cannot set it up to connect to my hardware. I Bought a DE2 knowing it had a built in blaster so that I would not have to get any other external hardware.

Thanks for the input, but this is sadly a dead end.
