Hardware problems of Cyclone 10GX devkit

Hello guys, We bought C10GX pcie devkit from ALTERA distributor, however, we opened box and check board's hardware and found that we can't access JTAG succussfully.

We checked carefully in whole day, and found that the Enpirin power chips didn't work. They are two EM2130L, which can't provide correct output, 0.9V and 3.3V.

Is there any other setting for power? Otherwise, we have to request replacement for another new board.

    I see. There are some points I wanna make out:

    1. What is the output of EM2130?
    2. Is D23 lightened?

      Hi WZ2,

      I'm Minzhi Wang. I don't know why i can't reply any topics by using that account. So i use my fried's account to answer u.

      1. Both EM2130s output is zero.

      2. D23 doesn't light. Only D15 and D16 light when power is On.

    Hi there,

    I see. It is very strange. Please measure R367‘s voltage after the power up. For your situation, I see the most likely reason is the image for MAX10SYS is missed.
