ShafiqY_IntelFrequent Contributor6 years agoHi MHASI2,The CONF_DONE pin did not go HIGH (ERROR ID:209014) can be caused by one of the below situations:1. Download cables not securely connected (JTAG pins) 2. No power to target system (FPGA power issue)1. Download cables not securely connected (JTAG pins) For this, maybe you can re-check your JTAG pins connections (TMS, TCK, TDI, TDO) on board B. I afraid there is some SI issue/voltage overshoot issue. And one more thing, did you included diode & capacitor as below (as recommended in MAX 10 User Guide) on board B?https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/max-10/ug_m10_config.pdf#page=352. No power to target system (FPGA power issue)For this, can you re-check your FPGA power again (VCC, VCCIO, VCCA & etc2). Cheers
