FPGA Board with DAC Converter

Dear All

I'm looking for a board with an FPGA SoC device and at least 4 DAC (or alternatively 4 ADC)
converter working at least at 50MHz to control an antenna array.

I mean someting like this

with possibly more Analog I/O

but adopting an Altera/Intel Device instead of a Xilinx one.
There's something available ?
