Follow-up question：The question about arria10-netlength

hello ， I have asked the question about arria10-netlength yesterday,Thank you very much for your answer; you say "use Total delay(ps) as your pin delay setting."

I still have questions:

why is the the ratio of "total length(mm) "and "Total delay(ps) " different？It's supposed to be a fixed ratio。

or what is the difference of the "total length(mm) "and "Total delay(ps) "?

    I would suggest you to ask this follow up question to previous case you have filed. So we have the traceability for continuous support. If not we can't trace back the first question and second question, and follow up question and so on.
