EPM7128SQA100-10

What is the difference between EPM7128SQA100-10 and EPM7128SQA100-10N? What does an additional N letter in the suffix mean? Can these two be used interchangeably?

    Hi MelodyYang,


    For Altera CPLD/FPGA devices, -N suffix refers to "Lead Free Package".

    Therefore, these two devices are functionally the same.
