EPM2210F324C5N Body surface anomalies
We have purchased a batch of EPM2210F324C5N. When we put the part under magnification, found out that the part surface is slightly pitted and scratched. In addition, the body marking looks strange, wonder if there is any ways to tell if the part is counterfeit or authentic by looking at the part surface? Attached photos of the part surface.
Appreciate any advise

Hi,
Thank you for contacting Intel community.
Have the device being tested and does it have any functionality problem?
Also, Intel PSG has its authorized distributor to sale Intel devices. If you got the devices from formal distributors, you shouldn’t worry on the device authenticity as the devices must be valid units. Otherwise, we do not ensure the device quality and do not provide the further service. You may find the authorized distributor list from the link below:

I would advise you to contact your distributors for this issue .

Hi,
The part was not purchased from authorized distributor.
We did XRF test and X-ray on the part, the result pass without any anomalies.
The only portion that we are unsure is the body marking, as well as the part surface texture (refer to previous photos)
Hence, like to seek any advise regarding the body marking and surface texture.
