EPM1270F256I5 HELP NEEDED for RAYTHEON TECNOLOGIES

EPM1270F256I5

Someone PLEASE HELP ME. I need to know the status of the above part number. I have nowhere else to turn for help.

1) Are these parts Active/Not Recommended for New Design/Last Time Buy/Obsolete/etc?

2) What is the finish and composition of the solder connection (SnPb 63/37, Matte Tin, NiPdAu, etc.)? If this is SAC, give the composition (305, 405, etc.)

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay. For your information EPM1270F256I5 is currently active.

For the second question. EPM1270F256I5 is a 256-pins FBGA package with Tin/Lead (Sn63Pb37) solder balls.

Below I will also attach the package mechanical drawing for this device EPM1270F256I5.

    Hope that answers your question.

    Best regards,

    Nazrul Naim
