I am sorry it took so long to get back I had to spend some time trying to understand this code base. I currently have everything in Quartus and Nios II Tools for Eclipse. I found where I can change the IP address (and it is now set to 10.0.0.1) but I still can't find packet generation. I see stuff that says packet generator is both the VHDL and C but nothing that actually looks like it is generating anything. Any help there? I figured my next step was to get it to send a simple count or "Hello World"
