Embedded evaluation kit - DDRAM

Hey guys,

I have searched the forums on how to get the DDR ram module to work on the cyclone 3 embedded evaluation kit. I am using Quartus 7.1 & NIOS and SOPC. WHen I try and use the 'DDR SDRAM High Performance Controller' or the 'DDR SDRAM Controller Megacore function' in SOPC builder i get the error saying it cannot be used on a cyclone 3 fpga. Is this an error in my behalf? Does anyone have a working project written as a bdf file, with SSRAM or DDR RAM.
