DSP Kit, Stratix II ADC

Hi, I have a problem with DSP Developement board of Stratix II. I wrote a program for its FPGA to test its ADCs. But, its ADCs don't work. What is your suggestions to fix it?!

And so, do you know how I can find the specification of ADCs.
