you should know, for which computer your DSP Builder license had been originally registered. If not, you can read the NIC Id (HOSTID) from the license file. If this NIC Id doesn't belong to your computer (it may have more than one, see License Setup in Quartus software), the license won't work and you should contact Altera support. Evaluation licenses are generally node-locked to a single computer through NIC Id rather than to a Dongle. Regards, Frank
