Download Center for FPGA does not work....been trying for three weeks now

The links appear dead when trying to download Quartus 18.1. Using this with Cyclone 10lp so need those files as well.

"It may have server/domain issue(internal upgradation) at your region or your specific account issue so to confirm that please try to download with different account." --------- Have you tried ? share here your observation.
