Does any one use the Agilex™ 7 FPGA I-Series Development Kit (2x R-Tile and 1x F-Tile) before?

We bought this board and it comes in with not able to identify FPGA onboard from Quartus. We can see USB device from a computer which we connect to. And if we disable FPGA JTAG, we can see a virtual ...
