DK-DSP-3C120N, How getting HW and SW into flash?

Hi,

i have a problem to get the Hardware (.sof) and NIOS software (.elf) into the flash. For the .sof i can generate the .pof and download it into the flash memory by the PFL.

But now my problem is how I get the nios software in addition to the hardware into the flash? I want that the hardware and software image are in the flash and that on power up these images are loaded.

My Hardware:

- DevBoard DK-DSP-3C120N (EP3C120N, MaxII, no EPCS)

I'm not so advanced in this topic, so please help as detailed as much. Thanks.
