Hi,
We have a DK-DEV-AGF027F1ES development kit in our lab, and unfortunately, it stopped functioning yesterday.
The Agilex FPGA is no longer detected in the JTAG chain. When we connect an external programmer, only the MAX10 (System Controller) is visible.
I suspect that someone may have accidentally erased the configuration of the System Controller. Could you please advise where I can download the necessary image to perform a recovery of the MAX10 System Controller?

Did you check your DIP switches? The device should still show up unless it's been removed from the chain electrically. I don't think it's reliant on the controller to simply appear in jtagconfig.
