difference between the intel FPGA #: 5CEFA4U19I7N and 5CEFA4U19I7NAA

Team, I am from Arrow Electronics. We have both 5CEFA4U19I7N and 5CEFA4U19I7NAA in stock. I want to know what is the difference between both of them? Regards, Siddhesh More
