DE3 IOV core

Hi, The DE3 system builder generates a module named 'IOV_A3V3_B1V8_C3V3_D3V3' that appears to control voltages available on the HSTC connectors. Is this accurate? I can't seem to find any doc...

Anyone know what this module does?

To update: I'm now using a current monitor and can't see any difference between a Nios II/f based system with and without this IOV module instantiated. Next step is to contact Terasic, I suppose.
