Cause now, I already tried with the 7.1, 7.2 (IDE) and 10.1 (SBT). None of them ran. I tried create a blank project and to execute over the bitstream generated for the exemple DE2_NET but appears a SysID error.

The code runs fine in Quartus 7.2 and DE2, verify for your setup.
