DE2 problem. Help me

Hello everyone.

I have a new DE2 KIT. When I load the program to DE2 the error appear

:mad: Error : Can't access JTAG chain

:mad: Error : Opreration failed

How do I can load program to the DE2.

    are you using USB blaster which came along the board?. If so you t doing it right.. check whether you are able to see USB blaster(ie; whether it detects). If its doesnt show in quartus II software u need to install it.

    Thank you very much.

    I have repaired this KIT. The cause is power. Before that, i used the Power 9 V.

    Now i use the Power 7.5V. I don't userstand. But now i can use the DE2 KiT.
