DE2 Jtag Chain 5V Programming

Hi,

I have a DE2-70 from terasic with EP2C70F896. This board includes a jtag chain output from it's byteblaster circuit.

I also got 2 MAX EPM7064S which are 5V CPLD's from MAX7000S series.

I was wondering if programing those max devices through DE-2 Board is possible? I can see 3V interface connection from DE2 board from the schematic. (see the picture for the connection to header )

    The shown connector (which is unassembled in regular DE2 boards) is intended for programming of on-board EPM3128 and 93C46, not as a JTAG output. The on-board USB-Blaster has a fixed chain connected to Cyclone II and an AS programming option.
