de2 as programing problem

Hi

I'm a new user and tried tut_quartus_intro_vhdl.pdf as a starting point

and followed it strictly.

when I program in jtag mode it works with now problems at all, but when I use AS it doesn't work at all.

I used quartus 9.1 and saw somewhere that there was a problem so I have installed quartus 9.1 sp2 and started all over and the same happen

there are no errors.

I use win7.

can you help me??
