The community edition of the sdk that comes with the De10 nano does not provide support for baremetal development. What alternatives exist? I understand that there is a free baremetal C compiler/...

Unfortunately we dont have any other alternative.

Here is the comparision table between the community version and the pro version (intel FPGA DS-5).
