DDR4 EMIF read and write error

Hello,


I have bought 2 Arria10 GX FPGA development board. I want to use DDR4. I configured them with EMIF IP with preset parameters for "Arria10 GX FPGA Development kit with DDR4 HILO" and generate the example project. The calibration pass and D3 LED is green, but D10 LED is red and reading and writing data aren't the same in both.
I have used BTS to test the DDR4. There are a lot of errors with 133.33MHz. But if I change the frequency to 116.667MHz, it works correctly without error. I have changed frequency to 116.667MHz for example project, but there is no difference in result.
I think there is a bug or error in default DDR4 configuration parameters. Is there anyone that face same problem? Is there any fault or mistake in DDR4 configuration parameter? Can you give me the correct IP parameters?

    Is this issue still exist at your end?


    I was supporting the same issue in Intel Premier Support with Intel Distributor last week.

    I was informed that the issue has been resolved.


    Please let me know if the issue still exist.
