DDR3的参考时钟是否可以使用单端时钟？

Yes, you can use single ended clock input (on a dedicated input clock pin in the EMIF IOBANK). Please ensure that the SSTL-135 voltage is supply accordingly as mentioned in Cyclone 10 GX handbook (refer to Table 34)--> https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/cyclone-10/c10gx-51003.pdf#page=91
