Honored ContributorAccording to the Datasheet of the DDR2 and further Documentation from Altera (e.g: http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/external-memory/emi_plan.pdf?gsa_pos=1&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=emi_plan.pdf) ODT is only on the DQ/DQS signals existing.
