Grab the Altera Video IP (VIP) Suite and try that using the OpencorePlus license until you develop a product.

I've attached a great example that shows off the VIP very nicely. It will build a time-limited version, unless you have a VIP license.

I saved the .SOF before playing with the design and converted it to an Application Selector selection and it works great.
