DDR SOPC PLL problem

Hi, I tried following the "SOPC builder flow" in chapter 2 of ug_ddr_ddr2_sdram_hp.pdf. But

• When I hit "Generate" in SOPC, I get a popup error that says, "Can't find file my_project/altmemddr_0_phy_alt_mem_phy_pll.qpf".

• I click "OK" on this popup and the "Quartus II MegaWizard Plug-In Manager" comes up with an error message in its System message tab that says "Error: unknown short option -s. Refer to --help for legal options."

• I close this window by clicking on the X in the upper right corner and SOPC generation continues

• I try compiling the example top level design in Quartus, but get an error message that says, 'Error: Node instance "pll" instantiates undefined entity "altmemddr_0_phy_alt_mem_phy_pll"
