data to memory Nios II IDE

Hi, I want to write a hex file in SDRAM, I'm working with Nios II IDE in debug mode and there is a part when we can see the memory content, in this part I can write data manually but I want to write large amount data (from hex file created in matlab) How I can do it ???.

Note: Each time that I run in debug or normal modes the memory contents appers with other data .... HELP ME !!!!!:)
