The jumper you are looking for is between the two transformers of the D/A-converter. I've made a jpeg (sorry, MS paint:D)

Unfortunately i can't tell you how to configure the gain values, because i started working with this board a wekk ago. But if you know how the D/A-converter works, please let me know.
