cycloneIII NEEK board and debug LCD can't show!

I use the project of mandelbrot in file cycloneIII_3c25_niosII_eval.

I generated system and compilate it successfully. But in nios when I debug this project I can step into main but can not show the welcome window and the lcd show only black.

Why?

But it can run the flash files on SD card .
