CycloneIII Development Board Can't Access JTAG Chain

Hi,

After I loaded with my flash file with JTAG programmer, the CycloneIII development can not be programmed anymore. QuartusII programmer AutoDetect Button returns error:

Can't Not Access JTAG Chain,

Operation Failed.

If using JTAG mode with USB-Blaster.

Instructions and help to reconfigure the unit is needed.
