Honored Contributordownload c4gx_hip_x1d.sof(in altera\91\kits\cycloneIVGX_4cgx15_start\demos) to your board.
!!!Remmber to convert it to a .flash file first!!! Then from http://www.altera.com/support/refdesigns/ip/interface/ref-pciexpress-hp.html, you can get a test program called altpcie_demo.exe and JungoDrivers. Enjoy yourself.
