Cyclone IV GX dev kit schematics and gerbers

Question

I am starting a Cyclone IV GX design using the smallest (and the only released) device. I haven't bought the dev kit but would like to see the schematics and gerbers for that design. But I can't find the info on the Altera site, can anyone help?

As a supplimentry question the cheapest package is the QN148, any design guides or footprints for using that package?

At the bottom of the kit page (http://www.altera.com/products/devkits/altera/kit-cyclone-iv-starter.html), you can download the Kit Installation, which contains "the reference manual, user guide, quick-start guide, bill of materials, layout, PCB, schematics, and design examples".
