Cyclone III FPGA development kit cannot load from flash

My board is Cyclone III FPGA EP3C120F780. Conect the usb cable and turn the power on, then the error-led and USB Blaster light is on(never off):eek:.No program is loaded and I cannot connect the borad from Quartus II.What should I do? Help me,please!!

    Hey,

    I had the same problem.Try to reboot your system and reconnect.

    It worked for me.And refresh. Some times it does not work
