CYCLONE III esdk KIT multimedia lcd factory demo

Hi,

I have just buy a Embedded system development Kit CYCLONE III and when I power on first time the visual test is:

blue led power : on

power display 7seg value: 1198

green leds [0-7]: on

HSMB_PSNTN green led D19: on

FACTORY D24 led: on

CONF_DONE D25 led:on

LCD MULTIMEDIA SCREEN : its OFF. Dont see Welcome Screen Message

¿Its some wrong? ¿there is some selector button or switch for up the brigthness?

The kit its new and the first power on failed?

i have do the instruccion manual for factory demo recovery and the result is the same -> Not screen Welcome

    Hi,

    I would like know how must i configure the board for factory setup

    I think that is

    SW3_FPGA_BYPASS=1=ON

    SW1_5=MAX0=OPEN=1=OFF -> FPGA programming from flash_memory

    PGM_CONFIG_SELECT=0

    If i powerup with SDcard insert the application menu are on screen

    BUT

    If i powerup WITHOUT sdcard insert, THERE IS NOT THE WELCOME SCREEN
