Cyclone III Development Kit ERROR LED

Hello, my dev kit doesn´t work anymore. At Power-Up the ERROR-LED D21 lights and i´m not able to access the Board via USB anymore. How can I handle this error? Thank you!

I guess i know the reason. I´ve been writing to the flash that contains configuration file of the max II at power up. Now I have to find this file to reset my board by programming the flash with the old content.
